Basswood/Clover Raw Honey is collected from Central Minnesota. Defined by the basswood tree and sweet clover blossoms, it possesses a floral start with a minty finish. This moderately-sweet honey is great with teas, Greek yogurt, or goat cheese. And it also makes a fantastic topping on cornbread.

This is also the same honey we use in our skin products.
